We were upgraded to double room with a double bed on check in. The property's location was good, to railway station to the city.

I went on a trip and everything here was fine. Its staff were fairly friendly and amiable. This hotel had a central position in a nice area. Really enjoyed that food was fabulous! Had a nice stay for a night, would want to stay there again.

The place was newly remodelled, we loved it. The breakfast was very good on thick white bread, and the food was fab. The location was excellent and comfortable, short walk to stadium and short walk to station and high street and Twickenham town centre. The service was excellent as we had expected.

Had 2 nights in this recently renovated hotel, spent our time here lovely. Got good-sized room with a good bathroom. The accommodation had a central location near public transport.

The hotel had a central location right next to the stadium. The breakfast available was very very good with fresh orange juice apple juice and thick white bread and tomato.

The staff was very helpful and patient, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. I had the king room with all needed, the breakfasts were great. This accommodation was in the central location to railway station to the city.

The breakfast was satisfactory with coffee excellent value and toast and fruit. The room was reasonably spacious, the location was excellent central. A stadium and bars were located a short walk to the hotel.

We booked the double room that was new-fashioned. It was in a central location, to the riverside in Twickenham. We saw The Stoop, that's a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place was fairly clean and staff was amiable. We asked for the double room with nice hot water and it was ready when arrived.

The location was marvellous and ideal close to station in Twickenham. The king room I stayed in was brand-new with a shared bathroom.
